1. What the service does

The service helps you prepare a Canadian visitor visa application: complete an application in a supported language, translate free-text answers, prepare information for IRCC Portal fields and, when you use the extension, transfer that information into the form you have opened.

Canada Visa Assistant is an independent technical tool. It is not affiliated with the Government of Canada, IRCC or a visa application centre, does not provide immigration advice, and does not guarantee a visa, acceptance of an application or a processing time.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide only information that was obtained lawfully and is accurate and current.
• Personally review every field, translation, document and detail in the IRCC application before submitting it.
• Sign in to the IRCC Portal yourself, make decisions in the form, pay government fees and submit the application.
• Do not give other people access to your service or IRCC Portal accounts.

3. AI features

File extraction, voice input, rewriting and suggestions use artificial intelligence models. Their output may contain errors or incomplete information. Compare the output with your source documents and the facts before saving or submitting anything.

4. Address search

Address search is provided through Google Maps Platform. By using it, you agree to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. If the correct address is not suggested, you can enter it manually.

5. “We complete it for you” service

This service provides technical help with account registration and completing an application using the information you supply. Its scope, price and payment process are shown in the Telegram bot before payment. It does not include making a visa decision, representing you before IRCC or submitting the application on your behalf.

6. Service availability

We continue to develop the service and may change its features. The service is provided as available and may experience errors or interruptions. We work to resolve them, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or version of the IRCC Portal.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version is always published on this page and the updated date appears above. If you continue to use the service after an update, you accept the revised terms.
